Cleaning Services

We take great care with every cleaning job to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of textiles and flooring, not all stains, spots, or spills can be removed completely. Some marks may be permanently set due to age, neglect, previous cleaning treatments, or the specific composition of the material. That said, we always do our very best to restore your items.

Please note that any new services requested during that visit, even within the same 24-hour window, will be treated as a separate job and billed accordingly. Due to the nature of the perishable service provided, no refunds are issued for cleaning services once the work has been completed.

Repair Services

Before any repair work begins, our technician will walk you through the entire process, from start to finish, including the proposed methods and expected results. To proceed with the service, full payment is required before work begins.

If a customer insists on a repair method that we have advised against or expressed concern about due to risk of damage or unsatisfactory results, we cannot be held responsible for the final outcome. In such cases, all warranties, whether express or implied, are immediately waived and the full amount for the service rendered remains due. No refunds are issued for repair services.

All sales involving new carpets, window coverings, rug pads, or installations are considered final. These items are custom ordered specifically for you here in New York, and once an order is placed with our suppliers, the manufacturer cannot cancel, modify, or return the product.
